Role Description
We are seeking a compassionate, student-focused, and qualified Student Counsellor (Psychology) to support the emotional, behavioral, social, and academic well-being of students. The counsellor will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership to identify concerns, provide guidance, and promote a safe, positive, and supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counselling support to students
- Identify emotional, behavioral, social, and academic concerns and suggest appropriate interventions
- Work closely with teachers and school leaders to address student well-being and behavioral issues
- Maintain confidential student counselling records and case follow-up documentation
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and emotionally supportive school environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree in Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Child Psychology
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent behavior and emotional development
Preferred Experience
- 25 years of experience in school counselling, student counselling, or child/adolescent mental wellness preferred
Compensation
- Final salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and interview/demo performance
