Role Description

The role aims to efficiently handle and convert student inquiries into enrollments by providing accurate course information, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. It focuses on proactive engagement, follow-ups, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance the student experience and maximize conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, chats, and queries from prospective students.
• Provide accurate details about courses, enrollment processes, and fee structures.
• Follow up with students who have shown interest but have not enrolled.
• Identify and address reasons why students did not complete their registration.
• Assist in resolving payment-related or enrollment concerns.
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and engagement.
• Conduct feedback and review calls to enhance student experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and implement process improvements.
• Maintain and update inquiry data sheets to track follow-ups and conversions.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
