Overview
LEAD IAS Junior Delhi project is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Student Admission Counsellor to support the Delhi Project by engaging with prospective students and guiding them through the admission process.
The primary responsibility of the role is to generate student admissions by effectively communicating the value of our academic programs, nurturing leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The counsellor will act as the first point of contact for students and parents, ensuring a supportive and informative admission experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and parents from the generated leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about LEAD IAS Junior programs, course structure, and admission procedures.
- Guide students and parents through the entire enrollment process, from initial inquiry to successful admission.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages to nurture leads and ensure timely conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to support their academic journey.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the CRM/database regularly.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and support.
- Achieve assigned admission targets while maintaining a student-centric approach.
