We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Admission Counselors to join our admissions team. The role involves guiding prospective students and parents, managing inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed admissions. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with a results-oriented mindset to support students in making informed academic decisions while contributing to institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents from assigned databases
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email professionally
Conduct cold calling and ensure consistent follow-ups on leads
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM systems
Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (calls, conversions, enrollments)
Achieve assigned admission and enrollment targets
Counsel students and parents on academic programs, eligibility, admission procedures, fee structures, scholarships, and important deadlines
Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses
Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
Guide applicants throughout the admission process until successful enrollment
Apply effective counselling and persuasion techniques to convert leads into admissions
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in admission counseling, telecalling, or education sales Experience in the Education/EdTech sector preferred
