Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused professional to counsel prospective students, explain available courses and career opportunities, and support admissions-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions enquiries
• Guide students through the admission and enrollment process
• Follow up with prospective students and parents
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status
• Coordinate with admissions and academic teams for closures
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
• Provide excellent support and build strong rapport with students

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Counselling / telecalling / sales experience preferred
• Ability to handle student and parent queries professionally
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
• Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

• Any Graduate
