Job Description

Company Description Jawily Education is an international education consultancy with a presence in the UK and India, dedicated to making overseas study accessible, streamlined, and free of charge for students. The organization supports learners from university selection through visa processing, travel arrangements, and arrival support in the UK. Through its housing brand, Jawily Home, and partnerships with Amber Student and UniAcco, Jawily Education provides safe, verified, and affordable accommodation in major student cities. The company also offers guidance on education loans, scholarships, and part-time job opportunities, helping students manage both academic and financial aspects of studying abroad. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of student interactions, updating application trackers and CRM systems, and coordinating with partner institutions and housing providers such as Jawily Home, Amber Student, and UniAcco. The role requires responding promptly to student and parent queries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, organizing counseling sessions and webinars, and supporting general office administration, scheduling, and documentation.
