About the Role

We are looking for a confident and student-focused Counsellor who can guide students and working professionals regarding AI & Tech courses and help them choose programs aligned with their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel students and prospects regarding available courses.

* Understand their educational background, career goals, and interests.

* Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, certifications, and career opportunities.

* Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions.

* Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.

* Handle student and parent queries professionally.

* Maintain lead and counselling records.

* Coordinate with the sales and academic teams.

* Achieve counselling and admission targets.

Requirements

* 6 months–2 years of experience in counselling, education sales, or customer handling.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong listening and convincing abilities.

* Confident and positive personality.

* Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance.

* Target-oriented and passionate about career growth.

* Knowledge of AI, technology, or professional training programs will be an advantage.
