Student Care Intern

About the Role

As a Student Care Intern, you will be the first point of contact for students reaching out for

support. You will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic support while

adhering to defined processes and service-level expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound student queries primarily via calls, and occasionally through chats or

emails, in line with defined SOPs.

2. Understand student concerns clearly and provide accurate resolutions within the

committed TAT.

3. Demonstrate accountability by owning student issues end-to-end until closure.

4. Escalate issues appropriately and coordinate with internal teams when required.

5. Meet defined quality, productivity, and metrics consistently.

Qualifications & Eligibility

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Prior exposure to customer support or call handling is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Clear verbal communication and active listening skills .

Languages : English and Hindi Mandatory.

Regional language - Kannada, Tamil, Telugu is an added advantage.

Basic computer proficiency and comfort working in a remote setup.
