Job Description – Student Care Executive
Department: Office of Student Affairs
Job Purpose
To support the Office of Student Affairs in maintaining student discipline, safety, welfare, and a conducive campus environment through regular monitoring, coordination, documentation, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor student discipline, dress code, behaviour, and compliance with institutional rules.
- Conduct regular campus and academic-area rounds, including monitoring during break/free hours.
- Monitor student activities through CCTV and report any concerns to the concerned authorities.
- Monitor adherence to break timings, classroom attendance, mobile phone usage, and other student-related regulations.
- Identify and report incidents involving misconduct, conflicts, or safety concerns and assist in disciplinary enquiries.
- Maintain discipline-related records and update the designated database.
- Prepare reports related to student disciplinary matters and submit them to the Dean – Student Affairs.
- Monitor and report faculty absence or other academic-area concerns observed during rounds.
- Coordinate student and staff ID card preparation, issuance of temporary IDs, tags, and holders.
- Raise and follow up on service requests related to cleanliness, maintenance, and campus facilities.
- Coordinate with HODs, faculty, administrative staff, security, and other stakeholders on student-related matters.
- Execute instructions issued by the Dean – Student Affairs and other competent authorities.
