Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban for a Student Advisor (International Sales) - Night Shift. The Student Advisor will engage with prospective students via various communication channels, understand their learning goals, and provide guidance on the courses and certification programs offered by Simplilearn. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, assisting students with enrollment processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a superior customer experience aligned with the company's values. Collaboration with other teams to meet sales targets and improve processes is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others succeed in their learning and career goals
• Prior experience in Student Counseling or Education services preferred
• Excellent communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build rapport and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Willingness to work night shifts to engage with international students
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in sales or education-related fields
