Role Description
- Design and analyze RCC & steel structures in compliance with IS codes
- Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and BOQs
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams
- Review structural drawings and ensure design accuracy
- Conduct structural assessments and recommend solutions
- Ensure safety, stability, and cost-effective design solutions
- Support site execution with design clarifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred)
- Hands-on experience in structural design & analysis
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of RCC & steel structures
- Sound understanding of IS codes & construction practices
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-rise buildings / industrial structures/ RCC / Steel
- Exposure to foundation design & seismic analysis
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
