Structural Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Female Structural Engineer with 3 years of relevant experience to support structural design, analysis, and project execution activities. The role involves working closely with project teams, preparing structural drawings, ensuring compliance with standards, and contributing to end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform structural design and analysis for residential, commercial, and industrial projects using relevant software and engineering principles.

* Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, and technical documents.

* Coordinate with architects, project managers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and smooth execution.

* Conduct site visits to verify structural compliance, resolve technical issues, and monitor project progress.

* Ensure adherence to IS codes, safety norms, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

* Provide design solutions, recommend improvements, and support structural modifications when required.

* Maintain documentation and assist in preparing technical reports and project specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

* Minimum 3 years of structural design and site coordination experience.

* Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD).

* Strong understanding of IS codes and engineering standards.

* Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
