Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer role based in Indore. The Structural Engineer will perform structural analysis and design for telecom towers, foundations, and related civil structures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing structural calculations, developing design drawings and details, and coordinating with CAD technicians and project engineers. The Structural Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support project planning and estimation, prepare technical reports, and assist in resolving structural issues during construction and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to telecom and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Calculations for towers, foundations, and support structures, including load assessments and stability checks.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing and reviewing structural drawings and construction details.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with relevant Indian and international design codes and standards (e.g., IS codes for structural design and wind/seismic loads).
- Experience with telecom infrastructure, steel structures, or industrial structures is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical report-writing skills, with attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to work on-site, coordinate with field teams and contractors, and manage multiple assignments within project timelines.
