Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural systems for buildings and other infrastructure projects.
- Develop detailed structural drawings and specifications using CAD software.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver successful projects.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Perform calculations and simulations to assess structural integrity under various loads and conditions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- 1-10 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD Pro).
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in India.
- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for drafting and design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
