We are looking for a talented and driven Structural Engineer to join our growing team in Gurugram, India.

Role Description

• Handle structural engineering projects with minimal supervision
• Perform detailed RCC and steel structure design as per Dubai Municipality regulations and American codes.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Prepare calculations, analysis models, technical reports, and drawings
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and proper documentation control
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to collaborative project delivery
• Use advanced structural analysis and design software for project execution

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred)
• 3–5 years of relevant structural engineering experience
• Strong expertise in RCC and steel structure design
• Experience in industrial, residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
• Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD, SAFE, SAP2000, and SP COLUMN
• Working knowledge of REVIT Structures and AutoCAD preferred
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and American design codes
• Strong communication, technical, and teamwork skills
• Fluent English with good technical presentation abilities
