Outline Of Role
We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead our team specializing in aluminum facade design. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in structural analysis, design, and project execution, along with strong leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural components for aluminum facades
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Lead and manage a team of Design Managers, Team Leaders, and Facade Designers
- Conduct structural calculations and prepare detailed reports
- Oversee project execution and troubleshoot technical challenges
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure seamless execution
- The Employer may also assign any specific job to the Employee that the Employer deems necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Structural Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant experience in structural design
- Proven experience in team leadership and management
- Strong knowledge of facade engineering, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in structural analysis software
- Fluent in business professional English or higher
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
