Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our growing structural team.

The role involves structural analysis, design, and coordination across various RCC and steel projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling design responsibilities while collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures.

• Design foundations, slabs, beams, columns, footings, and industrial steel structures.

• Prepare structural calculation reports and design documentation.

• Review and guide drafting teams for accurate structural drawings.

• Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Conduct site visits for structural inspections and technical clarifications.

• Provide cost-effective and practical structural solutions.

• Maintain design quality, timelines, and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Software:

• ETABS
• STAAD Pro
• SAFE
• AutoCAD
• Experience in Steel Connection Designing (bolted & welded connections).
• Strong understanding of RCC and Steel design.
• Sound knowledge of Indian Standard (IS) Codes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• 2–6 years of experience in structural design consultancy preferred.
