Job Title:Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Analysis:Perform structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete (RCC), steel, and composite structures, ensuring compliance with local codes (e.g., IS, ACI, BS).
- Technical Optimization:Review and optimize structural designs for cost-efficiency, safety, and constructability without compromising quality, as described in SV Placement.
- Documentation:Prepare detailed structural drawings, GFC (Good For Construction) documents, and technical reports.
- Site Coordination:Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with design drawings, and provide solutions to unforeseen site structural challenges.
- Liaison:Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of structural elements, say SV Placement andScribd.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience:3-10+ years of experience in structural design, preferably with a real estate developer or consultancy, according toFAIRGROWTH.
- Software Proficiency:Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or similar FEM (Finite Element Method) software.
