Structural Design Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Structural Design Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in the structural design and analysis of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Candidate Location: Candidates must be based in Tamil Nadu (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze RCC and steel structures.
• Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and design reports.
• Design foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and other structural elements.
• Use structural design software such as AutoCAD, IDEA StatiCa, RCDC, and SAFE.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant IS codes and safety standards.
• Support site teams in resolving structural design and execution issues.
• Review structural drawings and shop drawings.
• Coordinate design requirements and provide technical support throughout the project.

Requirements

• B.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in structural design.
• Candidates must be based in Tamil Nadu (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, IDEA StatiCa, RCDC, and SAFE.
• Good understanding of relevant IS codes and structural design standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial and industrial projects.
• Knowledge of Revit, Tekla, or BIM.
• Experience in preparing structural calculations and detailed design documentation.
