Job Title- Structural Design Engineer (High Rise)
Location- Pune
Experience- 2 to 5 yrs
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of high-rise buildings (G+20 and above) using ETABS and STAAD
- Develop and review analysis models for gravity loads, wind loads, and seismic loads
- Design RCC and/or composite structural elements including slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, and foundations
- Ensure designs comply with Indian / International codes (IS, ACI, BS, Eurocode, as applicable)
- Prepare and review structural design calculations, drawings, and reports
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and site teams to resolve design-related issues
- Support value engineering and optimization of structural systems
Software Skills Required
- ETABS
- STAAD Pro
- SAFE / RCDC / RAM / Tekla / AutoCAD (preferred)
- MS Excel for design spreadsheets
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of high-rise structural behavior
- Experience with seismic analysis, response spectrum, and wind analysis
- Knowledge of foundation design for high-rise buildings
- Familiarity with performance-based design concepts
Qualifications
- M.E./M.Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering
