Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design and analysis of industrial structures. The role involves delivering safe, efficient, and code-compliant structural solutions, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design foundations (isolated, mat, pile) for industrial structures
• Design RCC and steel structures (tanks, buildings, pipe racks, platforms)
• Perform structural analysis as per international standards and codes
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Lead junior engineers and review designs
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance in all structural design activities.

Industry Experience (Mandatory):

• Oil & Gas / Power / Process Industry
• Exposure to international standards such as Aramco / ADNOC (preferred)

Software Skills (Mandatory):

• STAAD Pro
• STAAD Foundation / MAT 3D
• IDEA StatiCa or RAM Connection

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of structural design principles and analysis
• Experience working with international design codes (IS, ACI, BS, Eurocodes)
• Leadership and team handling capabilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Education & Qualifications:

B.E/B.Tech or M.E /M.Tech in Civil Engineering
