Structural Design Engineer

Company Description EZ- Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is a civil and structural consultancy firm with extensive experience in industrial and production units, switchyards, substations, transmission lines, oil and gas terminals. The company executes projects from pre-bid stage to complete engineering handover, including proposal engineering, BOQs, tender documents, specifications, layouts, architectural drawings, road and storm water designs, and full civil and structural design and approvals.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Design Engineer role based in Vadodara. The Structural Design Engineer will perform structural analysis and design for industrial steel structures, transmission line towers, substation, using STAAD and CAD tools. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing structural drawings and calculations, coordinating with civil and architectural teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role also involves supporting proposal and preparing technical documentation, and assisting with design approvals and proof checking. The engineer will collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve design issues, optimize structural solutions, and contribute to safe, cost-effective project delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering, including familiarity with relevant design codes and standards.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Civil Engineering principles applied to industrial, infrastructure, and building projects.
• Candidates should have experience of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and STAAD PRO .
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience with STAAD or comparable structural analysis software is highly beneficial.
• Ability to interpret and produce detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to accuracy and safety.
• Prior experience in industrial, transmission line, substation, or oil and gas terminal projects is an advantage.
