Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Noida is for a Structural BIM Modeler. The individual will be responsible for developing detailed and accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for structural projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and preparing construction drawings. Key responsibilities also include coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project requirements, adhering to established standards and workflows, and using BIM software to optimize project planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and software
• Knowledge and experience in Architecture and structural modeling
• Familiarity with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Competence in preparing detailed Construction Drawings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Industry experience in BIM and construction documentation is a plus

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain detailed 3D structural models using Revit software.

· Interpret architectural and structural drawings to create accurate models.

· Coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure model accuracy and completeness.

· Generate construction documentation, including shop drawings and material take-offs.

· Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in coordination with other disciplines.

· Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and protocols.

· Update models based on design changes and feedback.

· Assist in the development and maintenance of BIM libraries and templates.

Support project teams during design and construction phases.
