Structural BIM Designer - Buildings

Person Specifications:

• Relevant BE/diploma/ITI in Civil engineering.
• Experience of USA/ BS / Eurocode/ Australian detailing practices will be preferred
• Minimum experience of 4-8 years in reinforced concrete and steelwork detailing in buildings projects
• Understand the principles of engineering drawing conception and development
• Understand the company s drawing and design development procedures.
• Competent with 3D modelling and 2D drawings usingREVITstructural, AutoCAD. CADSRC, Navisworks, MicroStation/ Open Building is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to rationalize drawings
• Knowledge of the general drawing requirements of a construction team
• Ability to communicate technical proposals clearly and to understand direction by others.
