Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Stringer Operator responsible for operating solar cell stringing machines, ensuring proper tabbing and interconnection of cells as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor stringer machines for solar cell tabbing and stringing
- Ensure proper alignment and soldering of solar cells
- Perform basic machine setup and parameter adjustments
- Conduct routine checks to maintain product quality
- Identify and report defects or machine issues
- Maintain production records and follow safety guidelines
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in solar manufacturing or similar production environment
- Basic understanding of solar cell handling and stringing process
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Ability to work in shifts
