Role Description The Strategic Account Partnership role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, focused on building and managing key relationships with healthcare institutions and partners. This role involves developing account strategies, identifying staffing needs, and coordinating recruitment solutions aligned with client goals. The individual will conduct regular partner meetings, gather feedback, and ensure high-quality service delivery and satisfaction. Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, collaborating with internal recruitment and operations teams, and proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and improved patient-care outcomes. The role also requires preparing proposals, maintaining accurate account documentation, and representing Welcome To Hire in client discussions and professional networking settings.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship skills, including experience handling strategic or key accounts in healthcare or recruitment services.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, partnership building, and stakeholder management with hospitals or clinical organizations.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to present solutions, manage expectations, and resolve issues effectively.
- Analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, track performance, and use data to inform decisions.
- Familiarity with healthcare staffing processes, recruitment workflows, or HR operations in a hospital or clinical setting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate cross-functionally, and adapt to a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Human Resources, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in strategic partnerships, healthcare recruitment, or staffing solutions will be considered an advantage.
