As a Piping Stress Engineer with a background in the oil and gas industry, your primary responsibility is to assess and analyze the structural integrity of piping systems within industrial facilities. Proficiency in CAESAR II, SMART PLANT REVIEW, MS OFFICE, NAVIS WORKS, and Finite Element (FE) Analysis is essential for success in this role. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of piping systems.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Piping Stress Engineer in the oil and gas industry.
- Expertise in CAESAR II software for piping stress analysis.
- Proficiency in SMART PLANT REVIEW, MS OFFICE, NAVIS WORKS, and FE Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards (ASME B31.3, API 570, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
