Streaming Engineer

This is a remote position.

• Streaming technologies

• Technical troubleshooting

• Handling customer queries

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

  
  

• Check the feed 30 minutes before event start to ensure readiness.

• Monitor the entire live program and remain attentive throughout the event, ensuring proper cutaways.

• Identify and report issues such as black screens, frozen frames, hits, or stream loss.

• Execute fallback switching to playout content when issues arise (e.g., black screens).

• Escalate issues to Tier 2 support when advanced technical troubleshooting is required.

• Document incidents, including timecodes and issue details.
