Strategy & Operations Associate

About the Role

Limese is a Korean beauty distribution company operating across India, the UAE, and Europe, and we're launching our own brands alongside distribution. We're looking for someone who can take a messy, half-defined problem, figure out what needs to happen, and drive it to done across teams.

This is a high-exposure role. You'll work closely with leadership on the company's top priorities, but you'll also be embedded in the team and accountable like everyone else. There's no fixed lane. You'll start across many projects, and over time the areas where you're strongest become yours to own.

What you'll actually be doing

• Running cross-functional projects end to end, such as a new brand launch, a new market entry, a marketplace rollout, or a process that's broken
• Turning leadership priorities into clear plans, owners, and timelines, then following up until they ship
• Tracking business performance across channels and markets and pulling together the numbers that drive decisions
• Preparing analysis, briefs, and decks for partner, brand, and internal reviews
• Spotting gaps between brand, ops, warehouse, and finance, and fixing them
• Getting hands-on when something needs doing, whether that's vendor calls, partner onboarding, or sorting out a stuck shipment

Who this is for

• You're structured in your thinking but comfortable with ambiguity
• You're strong with Excel and numbers, and you write clearly
• You can influence without authority. You get things done by earning trust with teams, not by title
• You act without waiting for instructions and close loops without being chased
• You want to eventually own a business vertical, not stay a coordinator
• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, a startup, e-commerce, or a founder's office type role is a plus but not required

One honest note

This role sits close to leadership, but it isn't a layer above the team. You'll report into our leadership structure like everyone else and be measured on what you deliver. Much of the work is unglamorous execution. If you're looking for a strategy-only role or a title, this isn't it. If you want to learn how a multi-country business actually runs and earn your way to owning part of it, you'll fit in well here.
