Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategy & Market Research Fellow located in Kolhapur. The Fellow will be responsible for conducting market analysis and quantitative research, gathering and analyzing data, and developing strategic insights. Day-to-day tasks include performing on-field market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing reports, and supporting the development of actionable strategies. The Fellow will be expected to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and contribute to the overall mission of the organization.

Qualification

• Market Analysis and Market Research skills
• Proficient in Quantitative Research and possessing strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in strategy consulting or market research is a plus
