The Impact You'll Drive

• Own brand strategy across multiple accounts and new business mandates
• Partner with clients to solve complex communication challenges
• Lead development of brand positioning, architecture, and campaign strategies
• Inspire and guide creative teams with insights that spark standout ideas
• Mentor junior strategists and set the tone for strategic excellence
• Ensure strategic clarity and alignment across teams and client conversations
• Contribute to agency thought leadership, POVs, and internal training initiatives

The Skills That Seal the Deal

• 4–5 years of experience in strategy/planning across brand, digital, or creative agencies
• Proficiency with Gen AI tools for trend analysis, insight mining, and presentation enhancement is an advantage
• Deep understanding of brand constructs, consumer behaviour, and media ecosystems
• Confident client communicator with excellent storytelling and deck-building skills
• Strong leadership presence in internal and external discussions
• Ability to break down complex problems and frame solutions with clarity
• Collaborative, approachable, and always curious
