Strategy Manager, Director

Join a key function driving commercial success through portfolio and people optimisation to deliver customer value. In this role, you will contribute to the strategic technology development of the C&I customer digital experience, ensuring excellent customer outcomes. You'll manage the strategy of your function, deliver its product backlog, and use expert stakeholder engagement to align strategy across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and contribute to the development of domain-specific technology strategies to drive customer outcomes.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making, including with executive and senior stakeholders.
• Support technology transformation programmes by designing and executing strategic communication campaigns.
• Lead understanding and application of the function's overall strategy within and across domains.
• Develop, document, and agree on comprehensive technology strategic plans aligned with business vision.
• Provide high-quality executive briefings on industry trends, competitor activity, and external perspectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior technology leaders, articulating plans, strategy, and challenges.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in business planning, strategy development, and influencing strategic change.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a large, diverse organisation, establishing effective partnerships across multiple functions and regions.
• In-depth knowledge of technology banking strategy and decision support.
• Understanding of the evolving technology landscape, including tools, processes, and emerging trends.
• Experience producing insights, recommendations, and strategy communications for senior governance forums.
