Purpose of the Job
The Strategy Manager will work closely with the CSO to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, improving business performance, and supporting leadership in decision-making through data-driven insights, particularly within the dairy/FMCG ecosystem.
Key Deliverables
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support annual and long-term strategic planning cycles
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps
- Track execution of key initiatives and drive governance mechanisms
2. Business Performance & Insights
- Analyze business performance across categories.
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement levers
- Build dashboards and MIS for leadership reviews
3.Growth & Expansion Initiatives
- Evaluate new market entry opportunities (geographies, channels)
- Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and distribution expansion
- Assess new product/category opportunities
4.Cross-Functional Projects
- Lead strategic projects across sales, supply chain, and operations .
- Work with stakeholders to drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
- Support transformation projects (digitization, process improvements)
5.Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Track industry trends, competitor moves, and consumer behavior
- Benchmark performance against peers and identify best practices
6.Leadership Support
- Prepare presentations, business cases, and board-level decks
- Support the CSO in reviews with senior leadership
- Assist in evaluating partnerships, alliances, or inorganic opportunities
