About Role

The Analyst in the CIO Digital Engineering Office plays a critical role in shaping, supporting, and executing the organization's digital and engineering strategy. This role blends business strategy, technology understanding, and data-driven decision-making to enable transformation initiatives, optimize engineering practices, and drive innovation across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate is analytical, structured, and comfortable working at the intersection of technology, strategy, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Transformation

  • Support development and execution of the digital engineering strategy aligned with business goals
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend analysis
  • Assist in defining technology roadmaps, capability models, and transformation plans
  • Develop strategic frameworks, presentations, and executive-level communication materials

2. CIO Office Support

  • Drive key initiatives under the CIO agenda, including digital transformation, modernization, and innovation programs
  • Track and report progress of strategic programs and OKRs/KPIs
  • Prepare briefing materials for leadership meetings, reviews, and board updates

3. Data & Insights

  • Analyse engineering and IT performance metrics (e.g., velocity, quality, cost, productivity)
  • Build dashboards and insights to support decision-making
  • Identify improvement opportunities across engineering processes, tools, and delivery models

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and business teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and governance meetings

5. Innovation & Best Practices

  • Research emerging technologies (AI, cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities to improve engineering maturity and adoption of best practices
  • Support pilot initiatives and innovation programs
