Role Overview

The Strategy Manager will partner with the Head Strategy to shape, refine, and monitor the business strategy for New Energy Business, with focus on market intelligence, business planning, partnerships, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the business strategy for New Energy Business, aligned with corporate goals.
• Support the annual and long term business planning process.
• Work with product, operations, SCM and R&D teams to ensure strategic priorities are aligned with capabilities and market needs.
• Track global and Indian market trends, policies, and regulations related to the industry.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking on products, pricing, technology, and go-to-market models.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, partnerships, and business models relevant to ESS and charging.
• Support the Head Strategy and Business Units in preparing business cases, financial models, and board presentations.
• Provide strategic inputs for policy advocacy and ecosystem building.
• Ensure effective tracking of strategic initiatives, risk management, and corrective action planning.
• Prepare regular strategy updates and reports for leadership and board-level reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA / Master's in Business, Strategy, Operations, or Engineering.
• 1215 years experience in program/project management or strategy execution, preferably in energy, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
