The Impact You'll Drive

• Lead strategic planning across top-tier brands, new business wins, and agency-level initiatives
• Provide vision, structure, and perspective across teams, clients, and strategic problems
• Partner with C-level clients and agency leaders to drive long-term value
• Guide and inspire a multi-level strategy team with coaching, frameworks, and feedback
• Lead integration of insight, technology, and innovation into the strategy practice
• Contribute to shaping the agency's POVs, thought leadership, and strategic tools
• Ensure strategy stays future-facing, culturally relevant, and business-aligned

The Skills That Seal the Deal

• 8 years of experience in strategy, including strategic leadership in a creative/digital agency or consultancy
• Forward-thinking approach with hands-on exposure to Gen AI tools, automation, and insight platforms
• Deep experience leading large teams, clients, and multi-category brand strategy
• Excellent at combining intuition, insight, and industry knowledge into one powerful narrative
• Confident leader, trusted advisor, and inspirational mentor
• Strong understanding of brand-building, media, digital ecosystems, and innovation
• Ability to influence agency leadership and represent strategy at the highest levels
