Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
• Conduct business and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop strategic solutions.
• Assist in designing strategic tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve organizational effectiveness and business performance.
• Strong ability to translate strategies into actionable plans and drive initiatives from planning through successful implementation.

Qualifications

• B.Tech with Proven experience in Management role.
• Certification like CA/ CS/ CFA/ CMA Preferred.
• Master's degree in business administration (MBA).

Required Skills

• 4 – 7 years of work experience.
• Exposure to business consulting will be a plus point.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A passion for solving complex business problems and delivering strategic value to clients.
• Cross-functional exposure.
• Ability to join immediately or within a maximum 15-day notice period.
• Strong strategic thinking and business problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management.
• Experience reporting directly to CXOs, Directors, and Founders.
• Familiarity with cross-functional and cross-domain collaboration along with strong communication and conversational skills.
• Recognition through awards or high-performance achievements.
• Ability to influence effectively through conversations and strategic recommendations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience: Total Experience: upto 7 years only.
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
