Summary:
Deloitte is actively hiring Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers experienced in the Financial Services domain to work on engagements spanning growth strategy, new business set-up, market entry, competitor benchmarking, process re-engineering, digital transformation.
Key Skills:
- 3 10 years of experience in Management Consulting, primarily focused on Financial Services domain
- Possess strong understanding of the endtoend consulting engagement lifecycle
- Translate complex data into clear, structured insights and clientready storytelling
- Conduct market assessment, competitor benchmarking and prepare business case
- Conduct in-depth company analysis and prepare financial model
- End-to-end Process mapping and value chain analysis
- Contribute to business proposal development, commercials, and client pitches
- Drive engagement delivery maintaining high client satisfaction, and identify followon opportunities
- Anticipate and resolve delivery roadblocks swiftly and effectively in fastpaced client environments
- Ability to manage multiple parallel pursuits, engagements, and BD/ firm initiatives
- Collaborate with global and crossfunctional teams to deliver highimpact outcomes
- Keep pace with emerging trends/ innovations in financial services and payment technologies (e.g., Agentic AI)
- Mentor and guide junior consultants in the team, fostering a highperforming environment
- Good to have knowledge of regulatory requirements/ mandates impacting payments
