Job Description
We, at Bharti Axa Life Insurance are looking for candidate who want to build their career in a fast growing environment. We are hiring for Strategy and Automation manager to join our Revenue Assurance Team.
Main purpose of the Job:
A data-driven professional to drive business health by leveraging data analytics, deploy predictive models, and lead automation and AI transformation projects to optimize collections and operational efficiency across multiple channels.
Job Responsibilities:
Data Analytics & Strategy Deployment
- Opportunity Identification: Conduct deep-dive data analytics to uncover process inefficiencies, payment bottlenecks, and target areas for collection improvement.
- Data-Driven Allocation: Deploy analytical and predictive models into weekly/monthly allocation strategies across the Field Sales, Call Center, and Branch Operations teams.
- Performance Tracking: Build and monitor feedback loops to ensure field and call center teams are optimizing the data models provided to them.
Automation & Transformation
- Process Automation: Identify manual workflows within the renewals and reporting ecosystem and drive their transition into automated solutions.
- Transformation Leadership: Act as the project lead for all high-impact transformation initiatives, incorporating Automation, AI, and advanced Analytics into the daily workflow.
- Reporting Infrastructure: Design and maintain automated dashboards to provide real-time visibility into collection and persistency metrics for internal leadership and partners.
Qualification and Experience:
Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a highly analytical field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Collections Strategy, Retention/Persistency operations, or Business Analytics (preferred industries: Fintech, BFSI, Telecom, or SaaS).
Key Skills:
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working alongside data science teams to deploy predictive/statistical models into operational environments.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools and a strong conceptual understanding of how AI/ML can be applied to collection strategies.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with comfort presenting data to senior external stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Tech, Data Science, and Operations.
