Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly GMV and margin targets.
- Operate within defined L1 L2 L3 Ln metric hierarchy.
- Monitor dispatch SLA, fill rate, cancellations, and pricing hygiene.
- Conduct weekly variance analysis and root cause investigation.
- Ensure inventory refresh and seller alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 36 years experience in category or marketplace operations.
- Strong Excel skills mandatory.
- Comfort handling SKU-level datasets.
- Structured problem-solving and metric tracking discipline.
