Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to drive measurable business outcomes through successful implementation of transformation initiatives and achievement of strategic objectives.

This person will lead strategic initiatives and transformation programs that deliver measurable business impact, foster innovation, and strengthen client relationships.

  • Building the new foundations of the offer, strengthening the value proposition and articulating the unique business value
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of the offer
  • Developing a set of go-to-market assets
  • Orchestrating the deployment of the offer in regional Center of Excellence, responsible for pre-sales and delivery
  • Ensuring sales and delivery readiness; evangelize and train business developers and account executives on Digital Manufacturing and key offers
  • Creating market demand
  • Working as deal coach for the bid teams to secure the win of large and/or strategic deals.
  • Guide and support account/local practices teams in Digital Manufacturing iconic deals qualification and solutioning (pre-sales/delivery)
  • Exposure to large-scale customer platforms deals/engagements with multinational clients in the market; lead conversations with clients CxOs/VPs of Digital Manufacturing regarding platforms architecture and technology

Our Ideal Candidate:

A seasoned technology executive with over 15-20 years of experience in driving product innovation, platform development, and strategic technology implementation across logistics, e-commerce, and banking sectors. Proven track record in delivering transformative solutions aligned with business objectives, with demonstrated ability to identify and invest in emerging technology ventures and contribute to P&L growth. Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred.

  • Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
  • Very good judgement skills and ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems with assumptions
  • Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies
  • Ability to roll sleeves
  • Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Superb leadership and team building skills with ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority
