Overview
We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in strategy development and public policy, particularly within the urban and infrastructure sector. The role involves supporting government stakeholders in drafting policies, frameworks, and institutional strengthening initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on urban sector projects with Central Government, State Government, and PSUs
- Support development of policy frameworks, guidelines, and strategic documents
- Assist in research, analysis, and benchmarking for policy formulation
- Contribute to program design, implementation strategies, and impact assessments
- Work within or alongside Program Management Units (PMUs) for policy execution
- Coordinate with government stakeholders for consultations, workshops, and reporting
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and policy notes
Required Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM / MTA / MPP / M.Tech / M.Plan / M.E or equivalent Master's degree
Experience & Expertise
- Experience working on urban projects with Government/PSUs
- Hands-on experience in policy drafting, frameworks, or guideline development
- Exposure to public policy, governance, or institutional strengthening initiatives
- Experience working in or with a Program Management Unit (PMU)
- Understanding of urban development policies and regulatory landscape
