About the Company

This high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company has partnered with Flexiple to hire its first Strategy and Operations Manager in India as it prepares for a Series C push across new markets. You will sit close to the founders and take ownership of the initiatives that do not fit neatly inside any one function. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As Strategy and Operations Manager, you will translate founder priorities into structured plans, run point on cross-functional initiatives, and build the operating rhythm a fast-scaling SaaS company needs to stay coordinated as headcount doubles.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Partner with founders and function leads to turn quarterly priorities into workstreams with clear owners and timelines
• Run the company's planning cadence, from OKR setting to quarterly business reviews
• Lead special projects spanning product, go-to-market, and finance that fall outside any single team's remit
• Identify where the operating model is breaking as the company scales and fix it before it becomes a bottleneck

Performance Analytics & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking the metrics that matter to the founders and the board
• Prepare board decks, investor updates, and leadership reporting packages
• Run root-cause analysis when key metrics move and recommend corrective action

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5 to 10 years in strategy, business operations, or management consulting, with at least two in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
• Strong analytical rigor and comfort operating with incomplete data
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or prior experience at a top-tier consulting firm
• Exposure to SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, and CAC payback, and to board-level reporting
• Experience building processes from scratch in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
