Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Strategy and Media Lead role based in Gurugram. The Strategy and Media Lead will design and oversee digital media strategies, plan and allocate budgets across channels, and optimize campaigns to meet performance and ROI goals for advertisers and publishers. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, generating performance reports, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients. The role involves close collaboration with sales, account management, and product teams to align media plans with business objectives, test new technologies and tools, and ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns. The Strategy and Media Lead will also mentor junior team members, contribute to best practices, and help shape the long-term media strategy for the organization.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in media strategy, campaign planning, and performance optimization across digital channels.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and use of analytics platforms to drive evidence-based decisions.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising, ad serving technologies, and digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage client relationships, translate business objectives into media plans, and present insights clearly.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, including mentoring team members and coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
