The Strategy & Reporting Senior Manager reports to the Vice President of Global People Solutions (GPS) and leads a global team focused on delivering exceptional colleague experiences, optimizing People lifecycle processes, and advancing GPS's Make It Possible strategy. This role drives operational excellence, fosters strong partnerships, and enables data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational oversight and performance of the GPS organization across all facets of operations. This includes our premier services, our optimized processes, our partnerships in the region and the colleague culture across the region.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
QualificationsQualifications
12+ experience in Shared Services, HR, or global operations leadership.
