Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs and enhance supplier performance
• Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and manage contracts to ensure favorable terms
• Analyze large procurement datasets and supplier performance data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Use data analytics tools to create dashboards and support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business goals
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, risk management, and sustainability requirements
• Manage supplier relationships to drive quality, innovation, and operational efficiency
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline sourcing processes

• Strategic sourcing experience
• Supplier negotiation and contract management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights
• Hands-on experience with e-Sourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (e.g., Workday Strategic Sourcing, Sirion Labs)
• Experience with analytical/visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI

• Experience in management consulting or project management roles
• Understanding of global procurement operations and vendor compliance

Basic Qualifications
