About this opportunity:
This role is to support Sourcing Category Strategy include driving sourcing digitalization, automation, analytics, and reporting initiatives across multiple countries. The role enables data-driven sourcing decisions, improves supplier compliance and performance visibility, and supports savings, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.
What you will do:
- Lead sourcing digitalization and automation initiatives to improve transparency, speed, compliance, and operational efficiency across sourcing activities.
- Develop and maintain Sourcing dashboards using Power BI by linking relevant sourcing tools to provide real-time visibility for procurement analytics platforms, delivery performance, savings tracking, and other key sourcing metrics.
- Supplier relationship Management (SRM) including Supplier Classification & Segmentation management and tracking of Supplier onboarding, offboarding, blocking, unblocking. Maintain up to date supplier database using digital/automation tool.
- Support deployment and utilization of e-sourcing tools, including e-RFX and e-auction platforms and other Global Initiatives.
- Pricing and business models analysis across the countries and drive best practices. Drive Saving initiatives and tracking.
- Cascade knowledge, best practices, tool usage guidance, and digital ways of working to the sourcing community in multiple countries to improve adoption and capability.
- Continuously review existing manual trackers, reports, and workflows to identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and simplification.
- Source to Pay (S2P) management, Procure to Pay (P2P) Management
The skills you bring:
- Strong understanding of sourcing, procurement, supplier management, sourcing compliance, and governance processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, SSS, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, dashboards, data visualization, KPI reporting, Power Point and procurement analytics.
- Knowledge of e-sourcing tools, e-RFX, e-auction processes, and digital sourcing platforms.
- Ability to convert business requirements into practical digital dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sourcing data and generate actionable insights using AI.
- Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Certification or practical training in Power BI, data analytics, procurement tools, automation, or digital transformation will be an added advantage.
