Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Strategic Sourcing Head (Apparel). The role involves overseeing supplier evaluations, developing strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring efficient supply chain management. Additionally, responsibilities include creating and implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier performance, and optimizing cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality standards for apparel sourcing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and expertise in Supplier Evaluation, Supplier Development, and Supply Management
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and building long-term supplier partnerships
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate cost-efficiency and supply chain performance
• Ability to formulate and implement strategic sourcing initiatives
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the apparel industry is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
