Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Strategic Sales Specialist. The Strategic Sales Specialist will identify new business opportunities, maintain and manage client accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored virtual staffing solutions. The individual will implement sales strategies, manage sales pipelines, conduct client outreach, and build strong relationships to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Account Management skills, including the ability to engage with clients and maintain lasting relationships.
  • Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations to drive revenue and streamline sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while demonstrating attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
