Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Projects, you will:

  • Drive and deliver short- and long-term complex strategic projects across the business.
  • Meet with stakeholders to define requirements and collect data using multiple methods.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify key business issues and opportunities.
  • Develop detailed strategies, business plans, and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Implement project plans, track progress, and adjust as needed to ensure delivery.
  • Create impactful senior-level communications, reports, and dashboards.
  • Support development of strategy documentation and performance reporting templates.
  • Contribute to leadership communication, employee engagement, and strategic alignment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Brings a minimum of 8 years experience, with proven leadership in project delivery.
  • Ideally comes from a consulting background (Big Four preferred).
  • Possesses strong expertise in operations and supply chain.
  • Confident in stakeholder management, with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in cross-functional environments.
